  1. Exchange Policy

We like only happy Gym Foxes so we accept exchanges for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of receiving the item. The only thing that we ask is that you do not wear it and please leave the tags intact. First, send us an email at info@gymfoxinabox.com letting us know why you are sending it back and if there is anything we should know when sending out a replacement (we aim to please so we want to get it right next time). Then mail the unworn/unwashed leotard back to us with tags intact with a printed copy of your email to:

To save money we recommend you send it in a large envelope and use USPS. *You will need to pay for shipping label.


  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a monthly subscription any time. If you purchased a prepaid subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your prepaid term.  A tremendous amount of work goes into picking the perfect leotard for your Gym Fox.  All of the leotards are custom ordered and as a result we do not offer refunds.


  1. What is the difference between Bronze, Silver, and Gold?

Gym Fox in a Box has three choices for gymnast subscription boxes:

  • Bronze – A custom designed box, a leotard, and one extra item.
  • Silver – A custom designed box, a leotard, and 3-5 extra items.
  • Gold – A custom designed box, a leotard, a second large clothing or gymnastics item (Shorts, shirt, sweater, leggings, grip bag, etc.), and 3-5 extra items.

  1. What if I don’t like the leotard?

We will be happy to exchange your leotard and send you a new selection.   See the exchange policy above.


  1. I have more than one gymnast in my life.  How do I purchase multiple subscriptions at the same time?

Congratulations! Having one gymnast is fun enough but you’re lucky enough to have more.  Please do not purchase two or more subscriptions in the same transactions.  Every subscription requires a gymnasts name and list of preferences so you will need to purchase each subscription separately.  If you have any questions please drop us an email to info@gymfoxinabox.com.


  1. I don’t think we need a leotard every month.  Can we have one every other month or every third month?

Of course you can.  You would just subscribe to a MONTHLY subscription and pause it until you want a new box.  You will find the pause button in your MY ACCOUNT under subscriptions.  Please note that you can only pause monthly subscriptions.  Pausing prepaid subscriptions will cause you to lose months.


  1. What if I need to change sizes or preferences?

We expect that your child will grow and that’s the beauty of Gym Fox!  Simply log into your account and update your preferences.

At the top right hand side of the page choose LOGIN/REGISTER or if you are already logged in choose MY ACCOUNT then choose ADDRESSES and choose EDIT next to shipping address.  Go ahead and make the changes and click SAVE CHANGES.  It’s that easy!


  1. How do I see the coupons that I have earned through referrals?

If you referred your best friend, and her friend, and her friend’s friend and now you want to see how much you earned.  It’s easy!  Just log in to your account and choose My Coupons and you will see all of the coupons that you have earned.


  1. When will my box ship?

In most cases, we ship the next day.  However, if we don’t have the perfect fit for you in stock, we special order then ship as soon as it is delivered. Your box will ship within 5 business days after your purchase. If this is the case, we will send you an email with your expected ship date.


  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.  International shipping is $18 to Canada and $24 to the rest of the world.


  1. How do I change my shipping address?

The shipping address is attached to your subscription.  The only way to change the shipping address on your subscription is to update the preferences on your subscription. You can find UPDATE PREFERENCES in MY ACCOUNT under subscriptions.


  1. How do I change the payment method for my subscription?
  1. Login to My Account
  2. Choose SUBSCRIPTIONS
  3. Click VIEW next to the subscription that you are attempting to update
  4. Click CHANGE PAYMENT
  5. Choose the card you would like to use or add a new one and click CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD
