Gym Fox Coronavirus Update

Dear Valued Subscribers,

As we continue to closely monitor ongoing developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our primary focus is on the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities. Given the current situation, I would like to update you on our company-wide initiatives being put into place for both existing and potential customers, and also assure you of our ability to serve you without any disruption to your business.

We are continuing our operations while taking all practical precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. We have instituted a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to ensure our teams remain capable of providing reliable, uninterrupted service to you.  We have ensured key employees are cross-trained to provide continuity, should anyone contract the virus.  None of our staff has shown any symptoms but out of an abundance of caution and our commitment to protecting the health and safety of our customers and team, if any of our team members are experiencing any symptoms they will be asked to stay at home for a minimum of 14 days. Our offices are continually being electrostatically disinfected by a professional cleaning company and our employees always wear gloves while packing all items.

Our customer service workers will be working from home and still have access to emails and our operating systems. We will continue to respond to all emails and customer service issues promptly.
